This isn't a general outdoor show with a fishing aisle. Every person who walks through the door came for the water — which makes for a short trip from conversation to sale.
Anglers, boat owners, charter clients and families — not passers-by. They arrive with questions and budgets.
Climate-controlled hall at the Ocean Center, drive-in load-in, and a layout built so no aisle is a dead end.
Every exhibitor is listed on the site and in the floor guide. Seminar sponsors get named from the entrance.
Reps, guides, shops and manufacturers all work the same floor. Plenty of business happens between booths.

All spaces include pipe & drape, an ID sign, two exhibitor badges per 100 sq ft, and a listing in the online exhibitor directory.
The floor plan
Main hall, three entrances, and a seminar stage anchored at the back so traffic pulls all the way through the floor. Spaces are first come - first served made in application order, with returning exhibitors given first right to last year's location.

Submitting an application doesn't charge you anything. We review, confirm fit and available space, then send a contract and invoice — usually within five business days.

What's included in the booth fee?
Pipe & drape, an ID sign, exhibitor badges, one vehicle parking pass, and your listing in the directory and printed floor guide. Electric, carpet, tables and chairs are ordered separately through the venue. Additional parking passes, badges, and others are to be ordered through the promoter.
Can I bring a boat onto the floor?
Yes — the hall has drive-in access and we schedule large displays first during load-in. Send dimensions and trailer details with your application so we can place you properly.
Can I sell products at my booth?
Absolutely — most exhibitors do, and attendees expect show pricing. You're responsible for your own Florida sales tax registration and collection.
How do I get a seminar slot?
Note it on your application. Speaking slots go to genuinely useful sessions rather than sales pitches — pitch us a topic and who'd present it, and we'll build the schedule from there.
What's the cancellation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable. If paid in full, 50% may be refunded through Jan 1, 2027, less a $150 processing fee. After that the full booth fee is committed.
